He was nicknamed “The Indistructable”, a tough competitor especially in the beginning of his career. Clay achieved his first Grand Prix victory in only his fifth GP under the most difficult circumstances, just one day after Jochen Rindts fatal accident in Monza 1970. 

To celebrate this win, the tifosi welcomed their new hero with the usual “Monza Track invasion”.


To commemorate this great victory, I choose a fiery background in red and white and Clays name on the top left corner of the painting.
