No, I have no professional training as a draftsman or painter!

But I have been a passionate motorsport fan since I was a child. ​During boring school lessons, I discovered my talent for drawing and painting. Today, not a day goes by when I don't think about new ideas for what I could put down on paper next. Whenever I can, I try to give my pictures a story, choose an unconventional perspective or style. Simply showing a racing car on a race track is rarely enough for me. ​

The process of preparation and preliminary studies is quite time-consuming, but it is always worth it. I also try to vary the styles: I use the traditional brush on a canvas as well as unconventional epoxy resin techniques on wooden boards or aluminum sheets, or the airbrush and colored pencils.
 

Since I'm often in the paddocks around the world, I love getting in touch with my heroes through my pictures. ​

Orders to create paintings are carried out in close collaboration with the customer and are therefore always a team effort. In the end, it is the joy of people seeing my work that makes me a happy person!
